A development of five houses in a traditional courtyard arrangement for Nuthatch Agencies and a separate development of three executive homes for Western Range Ltd, both in Leicestershire, are examples of new residential developments in which KCA provided project management and quantity surveying services. This included tendering and procurement, progress and quality monitoring, interim payment and final account administration, management of rectification works on completion.
