The two refurbishment projects shown here in Leicestershire for Eastern Range Ltd, one an old peoples home and the other empty council offices, both involved the total stripping out and internal remodeling of the buildings creating modern 1,2,3 & 4 bedroom apartments. Each scheme included adjacent new build apartment blocks and KCA provided both project management and quantity surveying services.
