The new aparthotel for French developer ISTM was built behind the retained facade of the old Royal Commonwealth Society club in Northumberland Ave, London and included the construction of new club premises for the RCS within the the new hotel complex. KCA acted as clients representative for ISTM interfacing with their professional design team, the French design and build contractor and the RCS committee and their appointed consultants.
