The refurbishment of the Citadenes Aparthotel in the Barbican, London for French developer ISTM proved an exercise in strict programming and restricted working to allow the hotel to remain operational throughout the refurbishment works. KCA provided progress and quality monitoring, quantity surveying and cost administration services.
